Goals for Summer

This school year has been a whirlwind to say the least and due to important exams my blogging was forced to drop to the bottom of my priorities. Now that summer is in full swing I have made it my aim to try and make the most of my free time before I get caught up in all things exam and Uni related in September time. In order to ensure I actually try new things and make the most of this time, here are some of my aims for the summer.

Try new restaurants -  A friend and I have made it our aim to visit new places and restaurants to share with our friends. Our new best friends are TimeOut and Tripadvisor, helping us to decide where to try next in some of our favourite pockets of London. My new loves have been the Canarby Burger Co. just off Carnaby Street and the Blueberry Bar and Kitchen in Shoreditch.

Exercise - even if all I'm doing is going to a nice park and walking around for an hour, I want to try and keep fit this year.

Go out and don't spend - Considering I rarely went anywhere but school from about April until exams were over, it is really easy for me to just want to go out and spend a little here or there and not think about it, but I am attempting to find lots of things to do that aren't going to break the bank.

Keep optimistic - I find it very easy to slip back into a negative mindset and think that happiness can only last so long, so this summer I am aiming to enjoy each day and not worry as much.

Photograph and blog more - finally I want to keep this blog as updated as I can this summer, I love looking at my pictures from my adventures of last summer, it never fails to make me happy when I see all the happy memories I've documented.

What are you planning on doing this summer?
